Installation and permissions.
A Slack workspace administrator must approve the Tenor app and its requested permissions. If installation fails, include the workspace name and the error shown by Slack. If Tenor cannot see a person or channel, ask an administrator to verify the granted scopes and the employee’s channel and people access in Tenor.
Messages and actions.
If Tenor does not reply or an expected action is missing, send the approximate time, Slack channel or direct-message context, and a description of the request. A Slack message link is helpful when your organization permits sharing it with Tenor support.
Do not paste private workspace content into email unless it is needed to investigate the issue and your organization authorizes you to share it.
Report a security issue.
Email amgad@heytenor.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include a concise description, affected surface, and safe reproduction steps. Do not include live credentials or exploit customer systems.
Privacy and deletion requests.
Read the Tenor Privacy Policy for information about Slack data and other information Tenor processes. Workspace administrators and authorized customer representatives can request account or Slack-data deletion by emailing amgad@heytenor.com. We may verify identity and authority before fulfilling a request.
Report inaccurate output.
Tenor uses AI and can produce inaccurate output. Do not rely on AI output without appropriate review for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions. To report a problematic result, include enough context for us to identify the employee and interaction without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
