This is not a normal coding job.

You direct agents, inspect their output, and prove the system changed. Typing code is not the scarce skill. Judgment is.

What matters
  • Own the system end to end.
  • Move fast, then verify with logs, state, tests, traces, and user behavior.
  • Use agents by default without outsourcing judgment to them.
  • Prefer shipped evidence over process theater.
Not for you if
  • You want narrow tickets and clean boundaries.
  • You like demos more than reliability.
  • You use AI to avoid understanding the system.
  • You would rather look productive than prove what changed.
